A flavorful Herb-Crusted Turkey Breast with Garlic recipe that brings warmth and love to the family table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until it forms a paste.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and rub the herb mixture generously over it.
  4. In an oven-proof skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the turkey breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice against the grain into thick slices and serve.

Notes

For optimal results, use fresh herbs and allow the turkey to rest after cooking to retain moisture.
