- 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until it forms a paste.
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and rub the herb mixture generously over it.
- In an oven-proof skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the turkey breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain into thick slices and serve.

For optimal results, use fresh herbs and allow the turkey to rest after cooking to retain moisture.
