Description

Ingredients

  • Beef (sirloin or flank steak)
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • Bell peppers
  • Carrots
  • Snap peas
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Oil
  • Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain and marinate with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add vegetables and cook until vibrant yet crisp.
  6. Drain noodles and toss with beef and vegetables; add remaining hoisin sauce.
  7. Serve immediately with optional toppings.
