Ingredients
- Beef (sirloin or flank steak)
- Hoisin sauce
- Noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- Bell peppers
- Carrots
- Snap peas
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Oil
- Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, fresh herbs
Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain and marinate with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetables and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add vegetables and cook until vibrant yet crisp.
- Drain noodles and toss with beef and vegetables; add remaining hoisin sauce.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings.
