- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently. Fold in the blueberries.
- Fill each section of the donut pan about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For added flavor, dip warm donuts in melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar.
