  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and marinate in buttermilk in the fridge for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
  2. Bread the Nuggets: Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings in a bowl. Remove chicken from buttermilk, let excess drip off, and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
