  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with the spices, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice. Let the chicken bathe in this luscious marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Prepare to Grill: Preheat your grill on medium-high heat or oven to 425°F (220°C) with a baking tray beneath to catch drippings.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Grill on each side for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and charred.
  4. Check for Doneness: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Use a meat thermometer for larger pieces.
