A warm and comforting beverage combining sweet vanilla, earthy cinnamon, and creamy milk, perfect for cozy afternoons.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons black tea
- 2 cups whole milk or non-dairy alternative
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
- Add 2 teaspoons of black tea to the boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes.
- In another saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk without boiling it.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon into the milk.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or honey to the milk mixture, according to taste.
- Strain the brewed tea into the milk mixture, stirring gently.
- Serve in mugs and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
Notes
For a different flavor, try substituting black tea with chai or green tea. Serve with scones or cookies for an afternoon treat.
