Description

Delicious Honey Barbecue Chicken Bites that are sweet, smoky, and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Coat the chicken with cornstarch.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken in a single layer and brown without moving for a few minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  6. Pour in honey and barbecue sauce; simmer until chicken is fully cooked and coated in sauce.
  7. Serve on a platter, garnished with parsley or green onions.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary. Let the chicken rest briefly after cooking for juiciness.
