Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and brown without moving for a few minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Pour in honey and barbecue sauce; simmer until chicken is fully cooked and coated in sauce.
- Serve on a platter, garnished with parsley or green onions.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary. Let the chicken rest briefly after cooking for juiciness.
