Description

A rich and creamy fudge infused with the delightful flavors of hot chocolate, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups high-quality dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm and set.
  5. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.

Notes

For a richer taste, use high-quality chocolate and be careful not to overheat the mixture. Pair with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
