Ingredients

- 2 cups high-quality dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm and set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
Notes
For a richer taste, use high-quality chocolate and be careful not to overheat the mixture. Pair with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
