  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Add the natural sweetener to taste.
  4. Blend until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
