Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and your chosen sweetener until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice into squares.
