Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, blending well.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter for the crumble; sprinkle over the cooled cheesecake before serving.
- Slice and serve, enjoying with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
