Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the Jiffy corn muffin mix, cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter until well incorporated.
- If using, fold in additional cheese or toppings before spreading into the baking dish.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the top is golden brown. Optionally, broil for a few minutes for a crispier top.
