A festive and easy jam recipe that combines tart cranberries with zesty oranges and warm cinnamon, perfect for spreading on toast and biscuits.

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup oranges (juice and zest)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water, removing any stems or unripe berries.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, sugar, and water.
- Place over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.
- Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Add cinnamon and any additional spices; adjust flavors to liking.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Pour jam into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
Notes
The jam can be stored for up to three weeks in the fridge. It can also be frozen in safe jars or bags.
