A delicious and easy banana ice cream made with ripe bananas, perfect for a refreshing treat during warm days.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- ½ cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel and slice 4 ripe bananas. Freeze them in an airtight container for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, ½ cup of whole milk, ½ cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Pour the cooled mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and process until ice cream is created.
- Scoop out the ice cream and serve immediately. If too soft, freeze for a bit to firm up.
Notes
Always taste the mixture before freezing to ensure it’s sweet enough. You can add honey or agave syrup if needed.
