Description

A delicious and easy banana ice cream made with ripe bananas, perfect for a refreshing treat during warm days.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice 4 ripe bananas. Freeze them in an airtight container for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, ½ cup of whole milk, ½ cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the cooled mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and process until ice cream is created.
  5. Scoop out the ice cream and serve immediately. If too soft, freeze for a bit to firm up.

Notes
