Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking tray.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs and mix until well combined, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, spices, and citrus zest.
