Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, hot sauce, and green onions. Let it cool slightly.
- Assemble the Dumplings: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water and seal tightly.
- Cook the Dumplings: Pan-fry in heated oil until golden brown, then add water, cover and steam until cooked through.
- Sauce It Up: Serve warm with soy sauce or a spicy dipping sauce.
- Garnish: Finish with fresh herbs like cilantro or scallions.
