Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Slice the kimchi and chop the garlic and garnishes.
- Soft boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Sauté garlic in melted butter in a skillet until fragrant, then add kimchi and warm through.
- Combine the cooked udon noodles with the kimchi mixture, adding soy sauce to taste.
- Slice the soft-boiled eggs in half.
- Serve noodles in bowls topped with soft-boiled egg halves, sesame seeds, and chives.
