Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Slice the kimchi and chop the garlic and garnishes.
  2. Soft boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  3. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Sauté garlic in melted butter in a skillet until fragrant, then add kimchi and warm through.
  5. Combine the cooked udon noodles with the kimchi mixture, adding soy sauce to taste.
  6. Slice the soft-boiled eggs in half.
