Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Unsalted butter
- Fresh lemon juice
- Garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (or dill/thyme)

- Pepper
Instructions
- Pat your salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add unsalted butter. Let it melt gently.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down if it has skin. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the salmon and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
