  • 4 Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
  • Fresh Herbs (Parsley or Dill)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and zest into the garlic butter.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pour the lemon-garlic butter over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs, salt, and pepper on top of the fillets.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with more herbs and lemon slices if desired.
