- 4 Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Juice and zest of 1 Lemon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest into the garlic butter.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pour the lemon-garlic butter over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs, salt, and pepper on top of the fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
