Instructions

  2. Heat the Cream: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring gently until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add Lemons and Gelatin: Remove from heat, add lemon juice and zest, and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Mold the Panna Cotta: Pour the mixture into ramekins or cups, cool slightly, then cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
  5. Serve with Style: Release from molds if desired and top with fresh berries, honey, or extra lemon zest.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream. You can also experiment with different toppings.
