Instructions

  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until it’s fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest to the cream mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large mold, and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes—or until set.
