Instructions

  1. Prepare by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Save about a cup of the starchy cooking water before draining.
  3. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about a minute.
