- 1 box of cake mix (yellow or chocolate)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well blended, creating a thick batter.
- Add your vanilla extract and mix again to incorporate it fully.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired, making sure they’re evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out cookie dough and roll them into balls, spacing them evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute applesauce for oil and try gluten-free cake mixes for a special diet.
