Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Peel and cube the potatoes, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (around 1 minute).
