Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Parchment paper (for lining the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing it to hang over the sides.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and a knife inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  9. Serve and enjoy with fresh berries or a drizzle of honey.
