- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Parchment paper (for lining the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing it to hang over the sides.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and a knife inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve and enjoy with fresh berries or a drizzle of honey.
