- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and herbs to create the coating mixture.
- Dip each chicken breast into the yogurt mixture, then press into the panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
