- 6 strips Thick-Cut Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon: Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels, then crumble.
- Mix the Cheeses: Combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a bowl, blending until well combined.
- Add the Flavors: Stir in maple syrup and bourbon until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the Bacon and Onions: Gently fold in crumbled bacon and chopped green onions, reserving some for garnish.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the dip into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Cool slightly and serve warm with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
Notes
For a chunkier dip, reserve some bacon and green onions to stir in after baking.
