- 8 oz thick-cut Bacon
- 1/2 cup pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- Coarse Sea Salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Mix together maple syrup and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares, place bacon in the center, drizzle with maple mixture, and sprinkle with pecans.
- Fold the pastry over filling and pinch to seal, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush tops with maple syrup and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
