Ingredients

  • 8 oz thick-cut Bacon
  • 1/2 cup pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • Coarse Sea Salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Mix together maple syrup and brown sugar in a bowl.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into squares, place bacon in the center, drizzle with maple mixture, and sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Fold the pastry over filling and pinch to seal, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush tops with maple syrup and sprinkle with sea salt.
