Ingredients

- 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your muffin tin well or use liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, herbs, and spices. Mix gently.
- Take a handful of the mixture and press it into the muffin tin, forming a cup shape.
- Spoon a tablespoon of ketchup or barbecue sauce onto each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different spices or add cheese for extra richness.
