Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour your cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, beat the unsalted butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the milk.
- Gradually add your dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring gently to combine.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
