  • 8 tostada shells
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup salsa (pico de gallo or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Remove skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken, shredding the meat into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Toast the tostada shells in the oven at 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  3. Chop fresh tomatoes for salsa and slice the avocados. Optionally, add sliced jalapeños for heat.
  4. On each tostada, layer the shredded chicken, top with salsa, and add avocado slices. Sprinkle with cilantro and squeeze lime juice over top.
