Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or crema (optional)
  • Your favorite hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop the vegetables.
  2. Warm the tostada shells in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Lay the tostada shells on a serving platter and layer with shredded chicken, followed by chopped veggies and avocado slices.
