Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup sour cream or crema (optional)
- Your favorite hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop the vegetables.
- Warm the tostada shells in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until crispy.
- Lay the tostada shells on a serving platter and layer with shredded chicken, followed by chopped veggies and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, dollop with sour cream or crema, and squeeze lime juice on top.
- Serve with hot sauce for extra spice and enjoy!
