Description

Delicious bite-sized cheeseballs made with cream cheese, herbs, and nuts, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Pecans or Almonds)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Add fresh herbs and seasonings, then mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a plate.
  4. Roll each cheeseball in chopped nuts until fully coated.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve with crackers or vegetables and enjoy!
