- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Pecans or Almonds)
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Add fresh herbs and seasonings, then mix until well combined.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a plate.
- Roll each cheeseball in chopped nuts until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables and enjoy!
