Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 1 egg, for wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until thin.
  3. Cut the pastry into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place a pastry square on the baking sheet and add a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Top with a piece of brie and optional fresh herbs.
  7. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to enclose it.
  8. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
