- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

- 1 egg, for wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until thin.
- Cut the pastry into 3×3 inch squares.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place a pastry square on the baking sheet and add a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Top with a piece of brie and optional fresh herbs.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to enclose it.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
