Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or flavor of choice)
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until dough forms a ball.
- Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and pipe small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown, do not open oven door during baking.
- Cool completely, then slice open and fill with ice cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve.
Notes
Let the pastry cool completely before filling to avoid melting the ice cream. Experiment with different ice cream flavors and toppings!
