Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and mix in brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  4. Add rolled oats and chocolate chips, mixing well.
  5. Gently fold in M&Ms, reserving some for topping.
  6. Pour mixture into the pan, spreading evenly and pressing down lightly.
  7. Sprinkle reserved M&Ms on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
