Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with finely chopped herbs, protein, and vegetables. Mix until creamy and well-blended. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread about a tablespoon of the filling on half of the Ritz crackers and top with another cracker to create a sandwich.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
