Ingredients

- Fresh Mozzarella, cut into cubes
- Breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Herbs (Basil, parsley, Italian seasoning)
- Marinara Sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized cubes and drain well.
- Set up a breading station with beaten eggs, breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings, and plain flour.
- Dust each cheese cube in flour, dip it in the egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Feel free to experiment with different spices in the breadcrumbs for added flavor.
