Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with muffin cups.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk to break up any lumps.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, orange zest, and juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently to keep them intact.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
