Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples: Peel, core, and slice the apples. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and mix again.
  3. Prepare graham cracker crust by crushing the crackers and mixing with melted butter until resembling wet sand.
  4. Layer the jars: Start with graham cracker mix, then add cream cheese mixture followed by sautéed apples. Repeat layers until jars are filled, finishing with apples on top.
  5. Cover jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with whipped cream or cinnamon if desired.
