- ¾ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into muffin tins lined with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spoon the filling over the prepared crusts evenly. Add optional spices on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
- Once set, remove from the tins, peel off liners, and garnish with toppings.
