Description

Delightful no-bake chocolate balls made with dark chocolate, dates, and nuts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped bars
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds or pistachios
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or cardamom

Instructions

  1. Pit your dates and chop your nuts.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and chopped nuts and pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Transfer the date-nut mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  7. Coat the balls in coconut flakes or cocoa powder.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Notes

Dampen your hands with water to prevent sticking while rolling the balls.
