Delightful no-bake chocolate balls made with dark chocolate, dates, and nuts, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped bars
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds or pistachios
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or cardamom
Instructions
- Pit your dates and chop your nuts.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and chopped nuts and pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer the date-nut mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Coat the balls in coconut flakes or cocoa powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Dampen your hands with water to prevent sticking while rolling the balls.
