- 1 cup matcha powder
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups crushed Oreos
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing the Oreos and mixing with melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate to set.
- Whip the heavy cream in one bowl until soft peaks form. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, matcha powder, and sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the matcha mixture until combined.
- Spoon the mousse over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Once set, release the springform pan and dust with matcha or crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
For variations, consider using gluten-free Oreos or mascarpone cheese. Serve with fresh berries or chocolate sauce.
