  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups crushed Oreos
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the Oreos and mixing with melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate to set.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in one bowl until soft peaks form. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, matcha powder, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the matcha mixture until combined.
  4. Spoon the mousse over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
