Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until sticky.
- Add cocoa powder and salt, mixing until well blended. Optional: add chocolate chips or nuts.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the dough onto the paper and form into cookies.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up, or freeze for 15 minutes.
