- 8 oz chocolate (for coating, melted)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, creamy peanut butter, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and let the chocolate set.
- Optionally, drizzle extra chocolate or sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for decoration.
Notes
Allow the chocolate to cool before dipping to maintain the shape of the balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
