A delightful no-bake pie featuring creamy layers of banana and sticky caramel, topped with crunchy toffee bits, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust by either removing from the packaging or making a homemade crust with 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Refrigerate until firm.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Slice the bananas and fold them gently into the cream mixture.
- Spread half of the banana mixture into the crust, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with toffee bits. Repeat layering.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Before serving, drizzle with extra caramel and add more toffee bits on top.
Notes
To prevent bananas from browning, toss them lightly in lemon juice before adding them to the filling.
