- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie pan. Chill in the fridge.
- Mix the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Fold in banana slices.
- Layer it up: Pour half the cream cheese mixture into the crust, add caramel and toffee bits, then top with remaining filling.
- Chill to perfection: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy: Top with extra caramel, toffee bits, and optional whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Can substitute the graham cracker crust for an Oreo crust for a different taste. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother filling.
