Description

Delicious nutty, chocolatey croissant filled with ripe bananas, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Croissant dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Nutella
  • Ripe bananas, sliced
  • Powdered sugar (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your croissant dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into triangles.
  4. At the base of each triangle, spread a generous layer of Nutella, followed by banana slices.
  5. Starting from the base, roll the dough toward the tip, tucking it underneath to create a crescent shape.
  6. Place each croissant on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until they turn golden brown and the Nutella is bubbling.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a healthier twist, try almond or peanut butter instead of Nutella. You can substitute bananas with raspberries or strawberries for a different flavor.
