- Croissant dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Nutella
- Ripe bananas, sliced
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your croissant dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into triangles.
- At the base of each triangle, spread a generous layer of Nutella, followed by banana slices.
- Starting from the base, roll the dough toward the tip, tucking it underneath to create a crescent shape.
- Place each croissant on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until they turn golden brown and the Nutella is bubbling.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
For a healthier twist, try almond or peanut butter instead of Nutella. You can substitute bananas with raspberries or strawberries for a different flavor.
