- Ricotta Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems, creating hollow spaces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Mix until creamy.
- Add breadcrumbs until the filling holds together but isn’t too dry.
- Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Drizzle more olive oil over the mushrooms and bake for about 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
