Ingredients

  • Fresh Button Mushrooms or Cremini
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems, creating hollow spaces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Mix until creamy.
  4. Add breadcrumbs until the filling holds together but isn’t too dry.
  5. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  6. Drizzle more olive oil over the mushrooms and bake for about 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
