Description

A playful twist on traditional sushi, these Oreo Sushi Rolls combine chocolate, cream, and fruit for a delightful dessert experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (strawberries, raspberries, or bananas)
  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling
  • Optional: sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with crushed Oreos in a bowl until well blended.
  3. Spread a thin layer of rice evenly on a sushi mat or parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Oreo mixture across the rice, leaving space at the top for rolling. Add strips of fruit on top.
  5. Roll the sushi mat from the bottom up, pressing gently but firmly until sealed.
  6. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
  7. Garnish with melted chocolate or sprinkles, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Keep hands wet while rolling to prevent rice from sticking. Use a sharp, wet knife for clean cuts.
