- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions. Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Mix the softened cream cheese with crushed Oreos in a bowl until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of rice evenly on a sushi mat or parchment paper.
- Spread the Oreo mixture across the rice, leaving space at the top for rolling. Add strips of fruit on top.
- Roll the sushi mat from the bottom up, pressing gently but firmly until sealed.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
- Garnish with melted chocolate or sprinkles, then serve and enjoy!
